This is one of Brooke Valley's 40th anniversary cakes. The 'lapel' button idea is very 60s but I included local current themes as well as ones from the past. This 9X13 triple layer carrot raisin cake is filled with a vanilla bean cream cheese frosting and walnut carmel praline.
